Acqisation of General Information

When you access this website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and similar information. This is exclusively information which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the contents of websites requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated in order to optimise this website and the technology behind it.

for me. Additionally, I have the possibility to look at so-called log files from the last 6 weeks. For data protection reasons, the host name or IP address of the client who accesses the website are anonymized in the log files. Only the host has access to the complete IP addresses of the server log files. Please contact STRATO AG regarding legal retention periods of the complete IP addresses.

Data Processing

In addition, I process address data, contract data (e.g. subject matter of the contract, duration, customer category) and payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history) of my customers, interested parties and business partners for the purpose of providing contractual services, service and customer care.

The legal bases of the processing are derived from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (contractual services), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (analysis, statistics, optimisation, security measures). I process data which are necessary for the justification and fulfilment of the contractual services and point out the necessity of their disclosure. When processing the data provided to me within the scope of an order, I act in accordance with the instructions of the client and the legal requirements of an order processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO and do not process the data for any other purposes than those specified in the order.

SSL Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, I use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Contact Form

By using the contact form, the information from the contact form, including the contact data provided, is stored. This is done in order to be able to process your request. Deletion or Blocking of Data

I adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. I, therefore, only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to answer your questions or to fulfil your order, or for as long as the various storage periods provided for by law require. I delete the data after expiry of legal warranty and comparable obligations. The necessity of storing the data is checked regularly; in the case of legal archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiry (6 years, according to § 257 para. 1 HGB, 10 years, according to § 147 para. 1 AO). In the case of data that has been disclosed to me by the client in the context of an order, I delete the data in accordance with the specifications of the order, in principle after the end of the order.

Use of Script Libraries (Google Web Fonts)

In order to display this content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, I use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser doesn't support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a default font.

The call of script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes - that the operators of such libraries collect data.

To avoid an automatic connection to the font libraries of Google in the USA, I hosted the font of this page myself. So it is not preloaded by Google, but by my server. No user data will be stored.

Usage of Adobe Typekit

I may use Adobe Typekit for the visual design of my website. Typekit is a service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd. which enables access to a font library. To integrate the fonts I use, your browser must connect to an Adobe server in the USA and download the font required for our website. This will inform Adobe that your IP address is the source of the access to our website. Usage of Google Maps

This website does not use Google Maps API.

Social Plugins

On my website there are no "social plugins", no so-called "like“ buttons or similar functions.

Google AdWords

My website uses Google Conversion Tracking, depending on my order situation. This tracking is only activated when I place a Google Adword advertisement. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not personally identifiable. If the user visits certain pages on our site and the cookie hasn't expired, myself and Google can tell that the user clicked the ad and was redirected to another page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie that is required for this purpose - for example, by changing your browser settings to generally disable the automatic setting of cookies or to set your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com".

Please note that you are not allowed to delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish to record measurement data. If you have deleted all your cookies in your browser, you will have to set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Your Rights Regarding Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion and Objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by me at any time. You also have the right to correction, blocking or, apart from the prescribed data storage for business purposes, deletion of your personal data. In order to be able to take into account a blocking of data at any time, these data must be kept in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request that the data be deleted, provided there is no legal obligation to archive it. If such an obligation exists, I will block your data upon request.

You can make changes or withdraw your consent by notifying me accordingly with effect for the future.

Please note that I can only provide information about data that has been stored with me. This applies even if a business contact existed before. Unsolicited sending of data by mail without mutual, legitimate interest will be deleted by me immediately.

Change of My Privacy Policy

I reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration from time to time so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to my services or the Internet presence in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration then applies to your renewed visit.
