As a former chef of starred restaurants and as an experienced food photographer, you have found your professional partner for your food projects with me.

Due to my long lasting cooperation with publishing houses like BURDA, Helmut Lingen Verlags GmbH, dem Compact Verlag, NEUN ZEHN Verlag, fit for fun and many more, as well as manufacturers and dealers of all kinds of products (Danone, Philadelphia, ALDI, netto, EDEKA), I am able to support you in planning and achieving your photography projects, as well as, developing your recipes.

As the author of more than 30 cookbooks, I can create working recipes for your project or offer you finalized, complete recipes from my database with more than 13,000 texts on any topic.

From starters to desserts in all variations and “looks”, my props and artistic design make every production possible. During the summer months, outdoor productions in the garden are also possible. Between blossoming herbs, on an old bench in front of bushes or on the covered garden table, every product will find an optimal environment. From professional ice cream machines to sous vide cookers, all imaginable kitchen utensils are available.

Food photography and food design from one source minimizes the costs of your production. I am also happy to offer you inexpensive solutions through non-exclusive licensing. Therefore, the assignment of an external cook or food designer is not necessary for my productions.
